Central Street Management LLC allegedly collected biometric information with consent

A woman has filed a class action lawsuit against her employer, Central Street Management LLC, an Evanston-based company which the lawsuit says operates at least 19 nursing and rehab centers in Illinois, for alleged violation of an Illinois privacy law.
