She-Nannigan's bar sued for premises liability after patron falls

A woman is suing a sports bar over injuries she claims she sustained after falling on a piece of broken glass.

Mallory Faustina Frantz filed a lawsuit Oct. 15 in Cook County Circuit Court against She-Nannigan's Green Street Inc., doing business as She-Nannigan's House of Beers, formerly known as Green Street Inc., city premises liability.

According to the complaint, Frantz was a patron on Sept. 3, 2012 at She-Nannigans, 16 W. Division St. in Chicago, when she fell on a large piece of broken glass left on the floor and suffered injuries.

Frantz is seeking damages in excess of $50,000. She is being represented by attorneys Susan L. Novosad and Melissa Y. Gandhi of Levin & Perconti.
