Man sues over alleged attack

A Cook County man is suing over injuries he claims he sustained in an alleged attack.

Timothy Hirsch filed an intentional tort lawsuit Oct. 30 in the Circuit Court of Cook County against Kevin T. Andrews.

Hirsch claims that on Aug. 11, 2012, he sustained serious injuries when the defendant struck him in the face and behind the ear while on the sidewalk near 3462 N. Clark St. in Chicago.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff suffered damaged teeth, a fracture and lacerations.

Hirsch is seeking damages in excess of $50,000. He is being represented by the Law Offices of Nathan J. Mirocha LLC.
