A bar patron is suing over claims he was allegedly hit in face by bar employees.
Nathan O'Neill filed a lawsuit Oct. 29 in Cook County Circuit Court against Lawrel Liquors Inc., individually and doing business as Lawrel Liquors and Tap Room, Anthony Calderone, Michael Calderone and Steve Speradino, citing dram shop, negligence, intentional conduct and battery.
O'Neill says that on Nov. 11, 2012, he was at Lawrel Liquors and Tap Room, 4471 W. Lawrence Ave. in Chicago when he was escorted outside by the defendants and was struck in the face and body, causing injuries.
O'Neill is seeking damages in excess of $30,000. He is being represented in the case by attorney Scott L. Spiegel of the Law Offices of Daniel E. Goodman LLC.
