Woman sues dog owner after alleged ttack

A Chicago woman is suing the owner of a dog she claims attacked her on a walk.

Jeanne Drew filed a lawsuit Nov. 4 in Cook County Circuit Court against Jon Kaehn. According to the negligence suit, Kaehn owned and kept a dog at his residence that attacked Drew while she was walking on Nov. 5, 2011 near 6346 N. Spokane Ave. in Chicago.

Drew is seeking damages in excess of $50,000. She is represented by Antonio M. Romanucci and Rebekah L. Williams.
