A woman is suing the village of Robbins after falling on an icy sidewalk.
Christina Bradford-Love filed a lawsuit Nov. 5 in Cook County Circuit Court against the village of Robbins, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Bradford-Love was walking on a sidewalk in front of a property at 13906 Central Park Ave in Chicago on Nov. 6, 2012, when she claims she fell and injured herself.
She alleges that the defendant was negligent by allowing ice to form on the sidewalk.
Bradford-Love is seeking damages in excess of $30,000. She is being represented in the case by attorney Kirsten A. Doyle of Briskman Briskman & Greenberg.
