A woman is suing the City of Chicago after she allegedly sustained injuries at O'Hare Airport.
Kimberly Seo filed a lawsuit Nov. 7 in Cook County Circuit Court against the city of Chicago, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Seo was waiting for a cab outside the lower level of Terminal 1 at O'Hare International Airport on Aug. 12, when she stepped off the curb and landed on broken pavement, causing her to fracture her leg.
She contends the defendant was negligent for failing to keep the street in good repair.
Seo is seeking damages in excess of $50,000. She is being represented in the case by Law Office of Lawrence R. Kream LLC and Lee S. Schneider Ltd.
