A man is suing after his inner ear was lacerated.
Arthur Lange filed a lawsuit Nov. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court against Richard J. Patush and Associated Hearing Aids of Illinois, doing business as Miracle-Ear Centers, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on Aug. 15, 2012, Lange sustained lacerations to his inner ear while at Miracle-Ear Centers at 4950 N. Cumberland Ave., Norridge. The plaintiff contends Patush attempted to inspect, clean and remove ear wax from his ear and negligently injured his ear.
Lange is seeking damages in excess of $50,000. He is being represented in the case by The Law Office of Bradley T. Cheskes.
