Jayne Creal filed suit Oct. 30 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Pace Suburban Bus Service over injuries she allegedly sustained as a result of the defendant's negligence.
According to the suit, Creal was on a Pace bus in March when the bus stopped at a Pace garage at 9889 S. Industrial Drive in Bridgeview, where she slipped and fell on a wet floor after existing the bus.
Creal alleges there was a combination of oil and water that had accumulated and caused a dangerous condition. She accuses Pace of negligently maintaining it's facility and seeks to hold Pace liable for her injuries.
She is seeking more than $50,000 in damages. She is being represented by Chicago attorney Philip J. Farina Esq.
