A woman is suing over allegations she was not sent requested medical documents.

Claudia Delgado filed a lawsuit Dec. 2 in the Cook County Circuit Court against San Pablo Medical Center Ltd.,.

The complaint states on Aug. 27, the plaintiff's attorney requested the defendant send a copy of Delgado's medical records. More than 60 days have passed since the document request and Delgado has not received the records, which is a violation of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure, according to the complaint.

Delgado is seeking possession of the records, costs and fees. She is being represented by Matthew I. Baker of Sandman, Levy & Petrich.
