Woman sues owner after alleged dog attack

A Chicago woman is suing a Chicago dog owner after she was attacked by the owner's dog while walking.

Jeanne Drew filed a lawsuit Nov. 4 in Cook County Circuit Court against Jon Kaehn, citing negligence.

According to the complaint, Kaehn owned and kept a dog at his residence on Nov. 5, 2011, when the dog attacked Drew while walking near 6346 N. Spokane Ave. in Chicago.

Drew is seeking damages in excess of $50,000. She is being represented in the case by attorneys Antonio M. Romanucci and Rebekah L. Williams.
