Mary Ann Drewko is suing Presence Resurrection Life Center in the Cook County Circuit Court, accusing it of violating Illinois' Nursing Home Care Act.
Filed Dec. 9, the complaint alleges Drewko fell and suffered injuries and that Presence failed to provide her with appropriate supervision even though it knew she was at risk of falling.

Drewko is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 and is being represented by attorney Daniel M. Kotin.
