Chase Bank is being sued by a woman who claims she tripped and fell over a rug in a corridor.
Martha McNeal filed a lawsuit Dec. 11 in the Cook County Circuit Court against JPMorgan Chase & Co., citing negligence.
The complaint states JPMorgan Chase & Co. owned a property at 3157 W. 95th St. in Evergreen Park. McNeal claims she was at the defendant's property on March 29, 2012, when she fell and injured herself due to a rug that was uneven with the front corridor.
She is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 is represented by attorney Scott B. Wolfman.
