According to the complaint, the defendants owned, operated and maintained The Mid nightclub at 306 N. Halsted St. in Chicago. Digles claims she sustained injuries on Feb. 26, 2012, when she was at the club and fell down poorly lit stairs leading from the Century Room/VIP area to an exit door.

She is seeking more than $50,000 in damages and is being represented in the case by attorney Toby P. Mulholland of Rubens and Kress.
