A local medical center is facing suit over claims it violated the Nursing Home Care Act.
Mary Allen, as independent administrator of the Estate of Rufus Murry Jr., filed a lawsuit Nov. 20 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Parkshore Estates Nursing & Rehabilitation Center LLC, citing violations of the Nursing Home Care Act.
