A man is suing after porch railing collapsed, allegedly causing injuries.
Axel Colon filed a lawsuit Dec. 16 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Kysella Investments Inc., Linda Wolnik and Richard Wolnik, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, the defendants owned and operated a premises at 4149 N. Austin Ave. in Chicago. Colon claims he was on the premises on May 7 when he leaned against the front porch railing and it gave way, causing him to fall to the ground and sustain injuries.
Colon is seeking more than $50,000 in damages and is being represented in the case by attorney Richard C. Sklare.
