Mary Lee Behn is suing Woodland Creek LLC over injuries she allegedly suffered on its premises.

According to the complaint, Behn was a tenant at an apartment owned and maintained by Woodland at 333 Wood Creek Road in Wheeling. She claims there was an exposed drainage pipe in her backyard, which she tripped over in March 2012.

Behn contends the exposed pipe created a dangerous condition and caused her to sustain serious injuries and incur medical costs.

She is seeking more than $50,000 and is being represented by Chicago attorney Robert Shulman.
