A man is suing over claims he injured himself after tripping on uneven stairs.
William Heimonen filed a lawsuit Jan. 6 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Linda Stephen.
According to the complaint, Heimonen was walking down a stairway on premises that Stephen owned and maintained on Jan. 18, 2012 when he tripped on the uneven stairs and sustained an injury.
Heimonen is being represented in the case by attorney Melanie J. VanOverloop of Anesi, Ozmon, Rodin, Novak & Kohen, Ltd.
