A man is suing a doctor over claims his pacemaker was improperly placed.

George Giacomino filed a medical malpractice suit Dec. 6 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Dr. Asif Serajian.

According tot he complaint, Giacomino saw Serajian in August 2012 to have his pacemaker surgically replaced. Giacomino claims Serajian improperly placed his pacemaker, which caused him to have to undergo  two more corrective surgeries.

Giacomino is seeking more than $50,000 and is being represented by attorney Robert W. Karr.
