A man is suing over claims he was injured while on an inflatable bull ride.

Jesse Lindsay filed a lawsuit on Jan. 29 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Clowning Around Entertainment Inc.

The plaintiff alleges that on May 5, he suffered serious injury while riding the defendant's inflatable bull ride at 1020 Dunham Road in St. Charles. He claims the defendant negligently allowed the inflatable bull ride to remain in a dangerous condition, which caused his injuries.

Lindsay is seeking damages in excess of jurisdictional minimums and is being represented in the case by Melanie J. VanOverloop of Anesi, Ozmon, Rodin, Novak & Kohen Ltd.
