A woman is suing after developing injuries while a resident in a hospital.

Rosemarie Kuffel filed a lawsuit Feb. 11 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Drs. Daniel Fintel, James Flaherty, Keith Benzuly and Arvydas Vanagunas, citing medical malpractice.

According to the complaint, Kuffel was admitted to Northwestern Memorial Hospital on Feb. 16, 2012 and treated by the four defendant doctors. She claims they failed to diagnose her pressure ulcers and provide her with the proper nutrition.
