A man is suing the City of Chicago after he fell and injured himself in the baggage claim area of O'Hare International Airport.
Atmo Bhojwani filed a lawsuit Feb. 11 in the Cook County Circuit Court against the city, citing negligence.
The lawsuit states Bhojwani was in the airport near the baggage claim area on Feb. 24, 2013, when he slipped and fell on a wet area. He claims he sustained diverse injuries, both internally and externally, and of a permanent and lasting nature.
Bhojwani is seeking in excess of $50,000 in damages and is being represented by Richard Rosenblum of Rubin, Machado, & Rosenblum Ltd.
