Cook County woman requests to be administrator of her mother's estate

A Cook County woman has filed a motion to be become administrator of her deceased mother's estate.

Sheryl Cage filed a motion Feb. 13 in the Cook County District Court, requesting the approval to be appointed the Special Administrator of the Estate of Ethel Cage.

The plaintiff claims the only asset of the estate is a wrongful death lawsuit to be filed. Ethel Cage was a resident of Cook County, and is survived by her seven adult children.

The plaintiff is requesting the court to appoint her Special Administrator of the Estate of Ethel Cage. The plaintiff is being represented in the case by attorney Sal Indomenico of Sal Indomenico and Associates P.C.
