Indomenico

A woman has asked to be named the administrator of her deceased mother's estate, which may file a wrongful death suit.

Sheryl Cage filed a motion Feb. 13 in the Cook County District Court, requesting the approval to be appointed the special administrator of the Estate of Ethel Cage.

Cage claims the only asset of the estate is a wrongful death lawsuit to be filed. Ethel Cage was a resident of Cook County, and is survived by her seven adult children.

The plaintiff is being represented in the case by attorney Sal Indomenico of Sal Indomenico & Associates P.C.
