A woman is suing over claims she was injured on the premises of a Northbrook country club.
Ruth Fromm filed a lawsuit March 6 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Green Acres Country Club, citing premises liability.
According to the complaint, Fromm was at country club on Feb. 6, 2013, when she slipped on ice in the parking lot and was injured. She claims Green Acres failed to provide a safe environment for guests.
Fromm is seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional minimums. She is being represented in the case by attorney David E. Rapoport, Michael L. Teich and Lindsey A. Seeskin of Rapoport Law Offices P.O.
