According to the suit, Jeter-Davis was at high risk for falls and the defendant failed to monitor her properly, resulting in her falling numerous times and injuring herself, specifically sustaining injuries to her brain.

Jeter is seeking damages in excess of $50,000, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is being represented in the case by Chicago attorney Michael J. Eisenberg of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman and Associates P.C.
