An Chicago construction company is facing suit from a worker who claims he was injured on the job.
Victor Mongtagne filed a lawsuit March 17 in the Cook County Circuit Court against A.L.L. Masonry Construction Co. Inc., citing negligence and breach of contract.
The complaint states Mongtagne was lawfully on the defendant's construction site at 6001 W. Pershing Road in Stickney on Nov. 29, 2010, when he sustained injuries due to the defendant's negligence.
Mongtagne is seeking damages in excess of $50,000, plus costs, is being represented in the case by Chicago attorneys Mark L. Karno and Donald W. Fohrman.
