A woman is suing Dunkin' Donuts over claims she fell on a wet floor in one of its Chicago shops.

Lori J. Pulido filed a lawsuit March 21 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Dunkin' Brands Inc. and S&D Donut Corp., citing negligence.

The complaint states Pulido was at the Dunkin Donuts at 4630 Diversey Ave. in Chicago on Dec. 17, when she slipped and fell on a wet floor. She claims the defendants acted negligently, which caused her injuries.

Pulido is seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional minimum. She is being represented in the case by David J. Schwaner of Morici Figlioli & Associates.
