Boschsaw

A Mississippi man is suing a tool manufacturer over claims he was injured by a Bosch table saw.

Christopher Duet filed a lawsuit April 28 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Robert Bosch Tool Corp., citing product liability.

According to the complaint, Duet was operating the Bosch 4100 table saw June 15, when the blade came into contact with his hand, causing severe injuries. Duet claims the safety features on the saw are inadequate and accuses the defendant of strict product liability, negligence and breach of warranties/misrepresentation.

Duet is seeking more than $50,000 in damages and is being represented in the case by attorney Michael Cushing of Cushing Law Offices.
