Whole Foods faces suit over customer's fall

hole Foods customer is suing over claims she was injured after falling in an Evanston store.

Judith Fradin filed a lawsuit April 30 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Whole Foods Market Group Inc., doing business as Whole Foods Market, and Whole Foods Market, citing negligence.

The complaint states Fradin was at the Whole Foods at 1111 Chicago Ave. in Evanston, on Sept. 28, 2012, when she fell after tripping on a wooden crate and tripod in a walking area.

Fradin is seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional minimum and being represented in the case by Skokie attorney Michael L. Fradin.
