Burr Ridge dental practice hit with suit over man's fall

By Whitney Brakken | Jun 4, 2014

An Orland Park resident is suing an area dental practice over claims she fell on the stairs.

Rose M. Brodzinski filed a lawsuit April 16 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Andrew Moormann, individually, Andrew Moormann DDS and Chicago Trust Co., as the trustee under a trust agreement.

The complaint states Brodzinski was at the defendant's dental practice in Burr Ridge when she tripped and fell on stairs while walking to the parking lot. Brodzinski alleges the stairs were not reasonably marked and were an uneven height and distance.

Brodzinski is seeking more than $30,000 in damages and is being represented in the case by Roy D. Winn of the Law Offices of Roy D. Winn.
