A bar and employee are being sued after the employee allegedly caused injury to two patrons.
Anthony P. Swanke and Matthew Zagorski filed suit July 24 in Cook County Circuit Court against Ethio Cafe Inc. and Robert Glover, both doing business as Rebel Bar & Grill.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs were at the on premises owned by the defendants at the bar on Clark Street on April 4, when Glover allegedly pushed the men down a flight of stairs, causing serious and permanent injuries.
Swanke and Zagorski accuse the defendants of negligence and battery. They are seeking damages and are represented by attorneys at Ankin Law Office LLC in Chicago.
