A woman is suing over claims she was injured when she slipped at a suburban Whole Foods store.
Susan Conry filed a premises liability lawsuit Oct. 7 in Cook County Circuit Court against Whole Foods Market Group Inc.
According to the complaint, Conry was at the Whole Foods on East Ogden Avenue in Hinsdale on Nov. 16, 2012, when she slipped on a slimy substance on the floor near the salad bar and sustained injuries.
Conry is seeking more than $50,000 in damages and is represented by Chicago attorney Brian Spencer of Spencer Law Offices.
