A Wisconsin company is suing a client it claims has failed to pay for electrical materials it bought.

Lakeview Electronics Corp. filed a lawsuit Oct. 16 in Cook County Circuit Court against Parag Parikh, also known as Paraq Parikh, individually and doing business as Accurate Electronics, alleging a breach of contract.

According to the complaint, Parikh, a manufacturer of printed circuit boards, and his agents placed purchase orders with Lakeview from March to May for electrical materials for a project it was working on.

The plaintiff company alleges the defendant has failed to pay and owes it $19,000, plus interest. It also claims the defendant owes it more than $15,000 for a special order in which Parikh ordered materials that Lakeview had to have manufactured specially.

Lakeview is seeking the money it alleges is owed, plus interest, and is represented by James T. Rohlfing and Mark B. Grzymala of James T. Rohlfing & Associates in Chicago.
