A professional dog walking service is facing a lawsuit from a man who claims he was bitten by one of its four-legged clients.

David Lapaglia filed a lawsuit Oct. 21 in Cook County Circuit Court against Andrew Strusiner, Second City Pet Care Inc., Pet Sitters Associates and Alicia Jablonski, alleging negligence and violations of the Animal Control Act.

Lapaglia is represented by attorneys George G. Argionis, Al A. Koritsaris and Peter Vlantis of Argionis & Associates in Chicago.
