Suit: Tabet Divito & Rothstein owes $30K-plus to management discovery services

A company is suing a Chicago law firm it claims has failed to pay more than $30,000 for its management discovery services and products.

Flex Discovery LLC filed suit in Cook County Circuit Court on Dec. 11 against Tabet DiVito & Rothstein.

According to the complaint, Flex Discovery provided Tabet DiVito & Rothstein with multiple technology items, such as CD-Rom mastering and native files, that totaled about $33,000. The plaintiff claims the law firm accepted the terms of the agreement and accepted the services, but has refused to pay.

Flex Discovery seeks the full amount it asserts the defendant owes, s well as additional fines for every day the payment is late. It is represented by attorney Michael Baim of The CKB Firm in Chicago.
