A food service merchandiser is suing the owners of a chain of area breakfast joints over claims they failed to pay for products provided.
Reinhart FoodService LLC filed a breach of contract suit Feb. 17 in Cook County Circuit Court against Eggsperience of Halsted Inc., Eggsperience of Randhurst Inc., Eggsperience of North Avenue Inc., Eggsperience of Glenview Inc., Eggsperience of Chicago Inc., Eggsperience of Park Ridge Inc., Eggsperience of Naperville Inc., and Eggsperience Restaurant Inc., doing business as Eggsperience of Bannockburn Inc.
According to the complaint, each of the defendants entered into a contract with the Reinhart for the sale of goods, wares and/or merchandise. Delivery was made and accepted, but Reinhart claims the defendants have failed to pay their bills.
Reinhart claims the defendants owe the following balances plus interest: Eggsperience of Halsted owes $6,288.05; Eggsperience of Randhurst owes $6,171.71; Eggsperience of North Avenue owes $2,892.34; Eggsperience of Glenview owes $7,899.97; Eggsperience of Chicago owes $15,855.23; Eggsperience of Park Ridge owes $7,165.18; Eggsperience of Naperville owes $8,223.18; and Eggsperience Restaurant owes $1,273.10.
