Man sues bowling alley over fall on ice

A Cook County man is suing the owner of a Westchester bowling alley for injuries he suffered in a fall on ice in the parking lot.

According to a lawsuit filed March 12 in Cook County Circuit Court, Victor Zamudio is suing Kar Rack Corp., doing business as Eden Lanes, for injuries he suffered on Feb. 11, 2014, in a fall on ice outside the Westchester bowling alley.

Zamudio seeks damages in excess of $50,000, plus costs.

The plaintiff is represented by J. Thomas Chute and Nicholas V. DeAgostino of Turcy, Chute LLC of Chicago.

Cook County Circuit Court case number 15-L-2540.
