A Cook County woman is suing two dentists and their practice claiming medical malpractice.
According to a lawsuit filed March 16 in Cook County Circuit Court, Adriana Hernandez is suing 26th Street Dental Center and dentists Tajudeen Ogbara and Oladimeji Ogbara.
On March 21, 2013, the dentists were allegedly negligent, breaking Hernandez's mandible during an extraction procedure, the lawsuit states.
Hernandez seeks in excess of $150,000, plus costs.
The plaintiff is represented by Thomas G. DiCianni and Pedro Fregoso Jr. of Ancel, Glink, Diamond, Bush, DiCianni and Krafthefer of Chicago.
