An Oak Forest health care company has sued a lawyer, alleging breach of contract.
Home Healthcare of Illinois Inc. filed a lawsuit Feb. 5 in Cook County Circuit Court against attorney Robin P. Jesk, doing business as Robin Jesk and Associates, of Oak Forest.
Home Healthcare of Illinois seeks more than $100,000, plus costs. It is represented by attorneys Erwin Cohn and Charles Cohn, of Cohn and Cohn in Chicago.
