The heirs of deceased airplane passengers are suing an aircraft leasing company, alleging responsibility for a plane accident.
Enrique Vidal Alvarez Graverolle and Fernanda Alejandra Azad Lazo, personal representatives of the heirs of Rossio Elvira Alvarez Azad (deceased), Raquel Sanchez Justiniano, personal representative of the heirs of Herlan Rodriguez Barbery (deceased), Maria Georgia Torricos Saucedo, personal representative of the heirs of Maria Georgia Saucedo Chavez (deceased), Maritza Tiahin, personal representative of the heirs of Daniel Isita Guarena (deceased), Erick Molina Soria Galvarro and Gilda del Rosario de Penaloza Trigo, personal representatives of the heirs of Erik Rodrigo Molina Penaloza (deceased), Maria Ilce Gutierrez Suarez, personal representative of the heirs of Roberto Suarez Vargas (deceased), Maria Cecilia Suarez, personal representative of the heirs of Roberto Suarez Vargas (deceased), and Maria Cecilia Suarez Montano de Chacon, personal representative of the heirs of Ricardo Alexander Chacon Velazquez (deceased) filed a lawsuit Aug. 4, in Cook County Circuit Court against Aircraft Propulsion Leasing, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, Aircraft Propulsion and its staff practiced careless judgment while operating an Aerocon Airlines flight from Trinidad to Riberalta, Bolivia, on Nov. 3, 2013 when it crashed and killed all those on board.
The plaintiffs seek damages in excess of the minimum jurisdictional amount of this court, plus legal costs and such other damages as allowed by law. The plaintiffs are represented by attorneys Floyd Wisner and Alexandra Wisner of the Wisner Law Firm in Geneva.
