Industrial Staffing Services Inc. is suing over claims of a contract breach against a certain Florida-based corporation.
Industrial Staffing Services Inc. filed a lawsuit Aug. 10 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Inktel Holdings Corp., citing negligence.
According to the claim, Inktel Corp. signed a contract with Industrial Staffing Services Inc. on March 2, 2007, in an agreement that Inktel would pay Industrial Staffing a total of $777,216.75 for services provided by Feb. 15, 2009. As of the time of the filing, Inktel has failed to pay the remaining $26,666.67, resulting in Inktel being in default of the agreement.
Industrial Staffing is seeking that the court enter judgment against Inktel in the amount of $26,666.67, plus interest, reasonable attorney fees, costs, and such further relief as the court deems just and appropriate the claim states.
