A patron is suing a bar owned by country singer Toby Keith for allegedly serving liquor that contributed to a fight in which he was injured.
Yousef Mansour filed a lawsuit Sept. 30 in Cook County Circuit Court, Law Division against Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill, Toby Keith Chicago, Boomtown Management LLC, CRGE Illinois LLC, Domenico Noia and Daniele Noia, citing violations of the Dram Shop Act.
According to the court filing, Yousef was a patron of the bar on Oct. 5, 2014, when Domenico Noia and Daniele Noia both allegedly struck him in the face, causing injuries, medical costs and pain and suffering.
