A Connecticut company is suing a Burr Ridge business, alleging breach of contract.

Ticket Software, doing business as TicketNetwork, filed a lawsuit Oct. 8 in Cook County Circuit Court against D&M Ticket Pro, of Burr Ridge, and Mario Martino, a Chicago resident.

According to the complaint, the two companies struck an agreement April 3 whereby TicketNetwork would provide a ticket-ordering program and ticket inventory to D&M Ticket Pro for sale to third parties. Martino promised to pay TicketNetwork for money owed in the agreement, the suit says, but Martino owes for three invoices totaling more than $35,000.

TicketNetwork seeks damages of $35,577.04, plus litigation costs. It is represented by attorneys Marc S. Lichtman, Kara R. Eisen and Kelley S. Gordon of Lichtman Eisen Partners in Chicago.
