California business sues two Illinois companies, alleging failure to pay $57,000

A California business is suing two Hinsdale companies, alleging breach of contract.

Shuttle Computer Group Inc. of California filed a lawsuit Oct. 8 in Cook County Circuit Court against Wilson-Taylor Inc. and Strategic Digital Signage, both in Hinsdale.

According to the complaint, the defendants ordered and received $62,690.64 of equipment under a credit agreement with Shuttle between October 2014 and January 2015. The plaintiff says $52,690.64 of these purchases remains unpaid and the defendants owe $4,859.09 in interest.

Shuttle seeks the full amount of the unpaid invoices and interest, plus daily interest of $25.98 to accrue beginning Oct. 1 and continuing through judgment, as well as court costs and attorney fees. It is represented by attorneys Marc S. Lichtman and Kara R. Eisen of Lichtman Eisen Partners in Chicago.
