Or

CHICAGO – A Cook County woman says a surgeon’s alleged negligence during an operation left her with lasting complications.

Monika Kadzielawa filed a lawsuit on Jan. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court against Northshore Ambulatory Care and Dr. Gregory Turowski, alleging medical malpractice.

According to the complaint, as a result of surgery the defendant performed on Kadzielawa on Jan. 17, 2014, she allegedly suffered sustained, painful and debilitating physical and emotional injuries caused by Turowski’s negligence. In addition, the plaintiff claims the malpractice left her more susceptible to future additional injuries.

Kadzielawa seeks a jury trial and damages in excess of $50,000. She is represented by attorney Robert A. Montgomery of Chicago.
