CHICAGO – An accident on Palatine Road has sparked a lawsuit.
John R. Domingo, representative of the late Zosie R. Domingo, and Lolita M. Ranchero filed a complaint on Feb. 4 in Cook County Circuit Court against James Riggio and Eileen Tichawa, citing wrongful death and negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Feb. 9, 2014, Zosie Domingo was a passenger in a vehicle operated by Lolita Ranchero and they were hit by a motor vehicle driven by Riggio and maintained by Tichawa on Palatine Road. The suit states the injuries Zosie Domingo sustained in the accident resulted in her death on May 16, 2015.
The plaintiffs seek compensation in excess of the minimum amount required by the court. They are represented by Raiz Law Group LLC in Naperville.
