Homeowner sues interior design firm

CHICAGO — A Cook County man has sued an interior design company over an alleged breach of contract.

Thomas Graf sued Inspired Interiors Inc. on Feb. 26 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the interior design company did not meet a set schedule and overcharged for furnishings.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, in the period from March 23, 2015 to October 3, 2015, he did not receive finished interior home design, and he also alleges that he was overcharged for various items.

The plaintiff seeks the following: compensation for excess of $75,000. He is represented by Michael J. Hanahan and Christina K. Brunka of Schiff Hardin LLP in Chicago.
