Restaurant patron sues over injuries

Fall

CHICAGO — A woman is suing a restaurant/brewery, claiming she was injured in a fall on a wet floor.

Danielle A. Fiene sued Granite City Food & Brewery, Ltd., on Jan. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging negligence that resulted in injuries requiring hospital, medical and therapy services.

The plaintiff alleges that she fell on April 10, 2015, as a result of the defendant not maintaining the restaurant floor to a safe standard and not warning of a hazardous condition.

The plaintiff seeks compensation in excess of $50,000. She is represented by Danielle A. Fiene of The Law Office of John S. Fotopoulos, P.C. in Orland Park.
