Motorist alleges he was injured by intoxicated driver

CHICAGO – A Lake in the Hills man is suing an Arlington Hills motorist, alleging the defendant's intoxication caused a crash.

Christopher Pavlovic filed a lawsuit Feb. 8 in Cook County Circuit Court against Neil O'Driscoll, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 13, 2014, at the intersection of Arlington Heights Road and and Palatine Road in Arlington Heights, Pavlovic suffered severe and permanent injuries when O'Driscoll failed to keep a proper lookout and carelessly drove his motor vehicle into the plaintiff's car while intoxicated.

Pavlovic seeks a trial by jury and damages of more than $100,000, plus the costs of suit. He is represented by attorney Ronald F. Wittmeyer Jr. of R.F. Wittmeyer LTD in Chicago.
